Director

Kevin Mooney

Kevin is one of the founding Directors of Scott Electrical Services. Kevin is well respected within the electrical industry both in Australia and UK for his depth of knowledge and experience. Kevin takes great pride in what he does with a hands on approach to challenging projects.  Throughout his career he has taught and mentored many cable jointers and electricians.

As the director of SES Scott Electrical Services, Michael has nearly 25 years of experience in the electrical industry and has built and maintained long-standing relationships that have granted him significant influence and respect in the industry.  he manages an extensive range of commercial and government projects, including new constructions, the deconstruction of street lighting, substations and civil works.  Michael leads with an emphasis on training and safety as he courses, collaborating closely with the HSEQ manager to uphold safety and training compliance.  He actively participates in client meetings, including PCG meetings, and provides regular updates to keep all stakeholders informed, maintaining open lines of communication with clients throughout the project life cycle.

With over 30 years of experience, Phil has successfully managed and delivered a broad range of infrastructure and maintenance projects for NSW and Sydney Trains.  His expertise in maintenance planning and executing major shutdowns for Sydney Trains  involves long-term planning and implementing complex delivery phases.

With over 30 years of experience, Phil has delivered a broad range of complex infrastructure and maintenance projects throughout Australia and the UK for clients from governments to major private institutions. Being a solution-orientated person, he endeavours to integrate new technologies and processes into projects to create positive outcomes that are safer, economical and at the same time deliver increased productivity.

Bulent brings more than 20 years of expertise to his role as project manager, where he specialises in managing complex electrical projects.  His responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing contracts and ensuring that all project deliverables meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

He excels in translating technical information to aid decision making m ensuring that his team and all involved parties have the necessary data to make informed choices.  His comprehensive background in system engineering and project management equips him to manage the integration of complete system designs and the logistical elements of project execution ensuring that all technical requirements are met.

Project Manager

Stephen Amadasun

Stephen is an accomplished Project Manager with a hands-on approach, Stephen takes pride in repeatedly delivering quality projects to the client’s satisfaction. Thriving on challenging projects Stephen excels in delivering complex projects within environments that test strategic and logical thinking by in-depth planning and communication with the site delivery teams, clients’ representatives and network providers.

Project Coordinator

Bindu Kommi

Bindu coordinates and implements maintenance agreements across various locations and assets,
securing necessary items and managing lead times to ensure timely delivery. She collaborates with on-site project staff to confirm all specifications are met and works closely with the traffic
management team to confirm required permits are in place and ensure workers are properly
credentialed.
Bindu plays a key role in supporting the project team and allocating resources to ensure that works
are carried out in a timely manner. She manages procurement of long leadtime items, making sure all required items are on hand, and all necessary documentation, such as warranties and maintenance
reports, are available to the client at handover.

Commercial

Aleksandra Tomovvska

For the past seven years, Aleksandra has managed community and stakeholder engagement as the
community liaison officer. She is the primary contact for all community inquiries, and oversees the
distribution of communications materials. Aleksandra develops and implements engagement strategies
to support project objectives, leading community meetings and forums to address concerns and gather essential feedback, and prepares reports on community feedback and engagement outcomes. Working
with local councils, network authorities and TfNSW, she ensures necessary permits and licenses are
obtained.

With a degree in telecommunications, Aleksandra combines her technical expertise and communication
skills to reduce project risks and enhance stakeholder acceptance by building an understanding of
project impacts and benefits.

Snr Estimator

Michael Martin

Snr Estimator with over 15 years of experience in estimating and contract management within the ASP 1 & ASP 2 environment in NSW. Michael leads a team that has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to estimating projects involving electrical networks, construction and civil infrastructure projects.

Himanshu Verma

Himanshu brings over a decade of experience to his role as quality officer at Scott Electrical Services.He is responsible for reviewing project plans, ensuring compliance with quality standards and coordinating with project managers and site teams to clarify objectives and expectations.His duties also include attending key meetings to align project activities with established goals and conducting on-site inspections to verify that quality objectives are being met.

He effectively uses CAD software to recommend equipment and setup improvements, enhancing product quality and client satisfaction, while his strong ability to present complex information clearly helps secure stakeholder support and funding for projects.

Office Manager

Kathy

With extensive experience in managing staff and overseeing daily office operations, Kathy excels in creating a productive and efficient workplace. Skilled in leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution, Kathy ensures the office runs smoothly and that all team members are supported and motivated to perform at their best. With strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, Kathy effectively manages schedules, handles administrative tasks, and fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.

Field Supervisor

Anthony Parrish

Anthony, with more than 25 years of experience, has been overseeing smart pole installations, substation upgrades and installation and switchboard setups, notably managing the installation of new smart poles on Goulburn St and subsequently decommissioning the old Ausgrid assets.
He is proficient in adhering to safety standards and familiar with both ASPl and ASP2 requirements,
ensuring all operations meet the highest levels of safety and compliance. His dedication to
maintaining safety standards is reflected in his management of risk assessments and the  implementation of safety protocols on site. He regularly conducts safety inductions and ongoing training to ensure all team members are up to date with the latest safety practices and legislation. Anthony’s hands on approach minimises disruptions to client schedules and underscores
his value as a key asset in any project setting.

Traffic Management Lead

Srgjan Kostadinovic

  • Experienced with RMS and TfNSW requirements

Srgjan is bringing nearly a decade of experience in managing and overseeing all traffic plans,
securing necessary council and RMS permits, and coordinating
personnel and vehicles for each project. He has longstanding relationships with stakeholders,
personally manages the application process for permits, and communicates directly with emergency services, buses and Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) as required by the project’s demands.

His responsibilities extend to conducting inductions and arranging ongoing training for every team member involved in a project. His expertise also includes managing Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and overseeing vehicle maintenance and drivers, ensuring all operations align with regulatory
standards and company policies.
