What is a Level 1 ASP?

As a Level 1 Accredited Service Provider we are accredited to perform essential work on electricity distribution networks, crucial to ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of electrical systems. We are authorized to undertake construction work that extends or upgrades the electricity network, on both overhead and underground infrastructure.

Maintenance of Distribution Infrastructure

Conducting repairs and maintenance on electrical distribution systems, including substations and transformers.

Cable Management

Maintaining and repairing overhead and underground cables, ensuring they are functional and safe.

Network Capacity Upgrades

Performing maintenance work that may involve upgrading the network’s capacity to meet increased demand.

Live Line Work

Carrying out maintenance on live electrical lines, which requires specialized training and safety protocols.

Service Line Maintenance

Disconnecting and reconnecting service lines to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely.

Service Main Upgrades

Upgrading service mains to accommodate increased power demands or to improve safety and reliability.

Fault Repairs

Addressing defects and faults in service lines and connection points, which may include both overhead and underground systems.
