CARPENTER & JOINER

We are seeking a Carpenter & Joiner that can maintain a high level of work and will suit a team player with passion and drive to succeed, working well with our busy motivated team.

Your Role

• Study & follow drawings & specifications
• Estimate, order & select materials on basis of drawings & specifications
• Build and erect framework, roof framing and flooring
• Cut and assemble required materials and parts for internal and external installation
• Construct formwork for concrete
• Carry out repairs where required

To be successful in the position you will need to have a strong work ethic and strong communication skills. Certificate III plus a minimum of a further 2 years’ experience or extensive previous experience, minimum 5 years’ on-the-job relevant experience, would be required.

The salary range is $75,000 – $85,000 plus super, and dependent on experience.

CABLE JOINTER

We are looking for a Cable Jointer who can work on electrical infrastructure projects at various sites in Sydney.

Your key responsibilities as a Cable Jointer would be:

• Undertake various LV & HV jointing/terminations on energised and de-energised circuits
• Understanding the scope and operations of projects in order to determine and organise materials as required
• Liaise with inspectors for inspection, commissioning, outages, and defects
• Manage small projects and help solve onsite problems

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has formal qualifications and experience in electrical infrastructure.

This opportunity will suit a results-driven individual with a ‘safety first’ attitude and excellent communication skills who enjoys working in a team environment.

There will be an opportunity for the right individual to upskill on voltages of 33KV and above if they show the correct aptitude.

Full-time position with plenty of overtime available.

Excellent hourly base rate plus super, uniform, vehicle, phone, and monthly RDO’s.
